Defender Andy Todd and striker Steve Davies are likely to miss Derby's FA Cup fourth round clash against East Midlands rivals Nottingham Forest at Pride Park.
Both players had to be substituted due to injury in the Rams' Carling Cup semi-final defeat to Manchester United on Tuesday night - Todd with a hamstring strain and Davies due to a groin problem.
Kris Commons required stitches in a gashed shin at Old Trafford but the midfielder is expected to be available to face his former club.
